Wendy G. Glenn

Wendy G. Glenn is a business lawyer, specializing in real estate, currently in private practice. She has more than 40 years’ experience, including at medium and large law firms, as in-house general counsel and in private practice. She serves as outside general counsel to many of her clients. She previously was a partner at prominent law firms in Los Angeles, including Irell & Manella LLP and McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (now Dentons). Wendy primarily represents real estate focused businesses, as well as chefs and restauranteurs.

Wendy’s practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, public and private entities, business entity structuring and organization, joint ventures, and general real estate and business matters. Her clients include owners and operators of manufactured housing communities and recreational vehicle resorts. She received her BA from Pitzer College and her JD from Loyola Law School.
