Sarah is a seasoned professional with decades of experience in facilities and real estate operations. Since beginning her real estate and property management career in 2002, she has held a variety of leadership roles with prominent real estate organizations, including Public Storage, Inc., PS Business Parks, Essex Property Trust, and Hometown America.
As both Regional Manager and General Manager for Terra Vista Management (TVM), Sarah oversees the daily operations of TVM’s manufactured housing communities. Her responsibilities include resident relations, budgeting, policy development, staff leadership, and financial and operational management. She also serves as the company’s licensed Manufactured Home Dealer, holding a Manufactured Home Dealer’s License on behalf of TVM. Her extensive expertise in California real estate practices, manufactured housing operations, and real estate best practices makes her a valuable member of Terra Vista’s Executive Committee and a trusted resource for both residents and team members.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Sarah resides in Mission Viejo with her two sons. She is actively involved by regularly volunteering and supporting their academic and athletic programs. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors with her family/friends, attending Pilates and traveling.
