Sarah Davis

Throughout a career that spans over two decades, Sarah has established herself as an experienced, versatile individual who adds value to the Terra Vista’s Executive Committee. Sarah began her career in facilities and property management in 2002. Since then she has held multiple management positions for large REITs such as Public Storage, Inc., PS Business Parks, Essex Property Trust and Hometown America.

Sarah serves as both a Regional and General Manager for TVM, overseeing day-to-day MHP operations including resident management, budgeting, policy development and human relations. Her vast knowledge of the Mobile Home Residency Law and real estate best practices continues to be an important asset for the company.

Sarah lives in Mission Viejo with her two teenage boys, Devin and Cameron. Sarah plays an active role in her boys lives by regularly volunteering at school and with the football team. As a family they enjoy spending time together outdoors at the beach, vacationing in the Summer and entertaining friends and family.
