Phil Ravenna

Phil Ravenna has been employed by TVM since 1982, holding positions as Director of Engineering, Newport Dunes Resort and Marina; Facilities Manager, Campland on the Bay; General Manager and Operations, Moon Valley; and Golf Course Superintendent, Mission Bay Golf Course. Along with his overall experience in property management, project management and all segments of facility operations, Phil maintains a California State D2 Water Distribution license, a California C27 Contractors license, a California State pesticide applicators certification; as well as being certified in high voltage electrical distribution.

As Regional Director of Engineering, Phil is responsible for budgeting, implementing, and managing TVM capital improvement projects in collaboration with the President and the Vice President, Operations of TVM. While he works on various utility upgrades and redevelopment projects for the properties, Phil also acts as an internal consultant in conjunction with TVM property managers for capital improvement projects and property operations.

When time permits him to be away from his regional responsibilities, Phil enjoys RV travel with his wife and golden retrievers, desert off-roading, plant care, gardening, cooking and reading.
